طائر في الهواء يعني أننا ما زلنا نتنفس

The way the prose, poems, and stories weave together really captures how disjointed those pandemic months felt. My teenage daughter read it in one sitting and said it was the first time she felt like a book actually understood what her school years were like.

The interconnected format really pulls you into each teen's world—I read the whole thing in one sitting and felt like I knew these characters by the end. The way the poetry and stories weave together captures that lockdown confusion perfectly, and it's oddly comforting to see those shared experience

The mix of prose, poems, and stories actually works beautifully here—each piece builds on the last without feeling repetitive. I found myself tearing up more than once at how honestly it captures the weird, heavy quiet of 2020. This is the kind of book I’ll be pressing into friends’ hands.
