My kid is just starting to read on her own, and the simple text on each page made her feel like a superstar while we followed the friendship story. The lively illustrations kept her engaged enough to ask for it again right after we finished.

The illustrations are so lively that my daughter kept pointing out new details on every page, and the simple text made it easy for her to follow along with the story. It’s a lovely way to introduce the holiday to little ones.
