Aru Shah og Ønskernes Træ*

I’m not usually this glued to a book, but the mission to rescue those two "targets" had such tight pacing that I couldn’t put it down. The way the devas-versus-demons tension builds around Aru’s choices feels fresh, not just a retelling. Already looking forward to the next one.

The way Aru and her friends are sent to rescue those "targets" had me flipping pages way past my bedtime, and the tension between the devas and demons feels genuinely high-stakes. It’s got that perfect mix of mythology and snappy dialogue that keeps you hooked without getting bogged down.

The plot moves at a breakneck pace once Aru and her friends are sent to rescue those two targets, and the tension between the devas and demons kept me flipping pages past midnight. It’s a solid pick if you like mythology mixed with modern teen banter.
