I bought this for my niece during a family adoption celebration, and she loves flipping through the sturdy board pages to see Steve Jobs's face. It's a clever way to highlight how adoption shaped great leaders, and the illustrations are genuinely engaging for toddlers.

I was surprised how sturdy the board book pages are—perfect for little hands that tend to be rough. The mix of historical figures, from Crazy Horse to Steve Jobs, sparked a great conversation with my older child about adoption. It’s rare to find a baby book this meaningful.

My 3-year-old loves pointing at the faces on each page, and I appreciate that the board book format can handle her grabbing and turning the pages. It’s a smart way to introduce history and adoption in one go—Crazy Horse and Steve Jobs are both in there, which surprised me.
