"Nice" Jewish Girls

I zipped through the first dozen bios in one sitting—the range of women is so wide that every profile feels like meeting someone entirely new. The way each mini biography ties their heritage into their choices makes it more than a simple history book, honestly it’s the kind of read you want to hand

I finished it in two sittings—the mini bios are short enough to dip into but so well-curated you’ll want to keep going. I especially appreciated how each woman’s heritage is framed as part of her drive, not just a footnote. It’s the kind of book I’ll be passing along to my niece.

The way each mini bio weaves in how her Jewish heritage shaped her choices is what really stood out to me—it’s not just a list of achievements. I ended up reading three chapters in one sitting because the stories pull you in. Perfect for anyone who likes history with a personal touch.
