The illustration by the Dillons is absolutely breathtaking—the detail in the characters' robes and the vibrant colors make it feel like a museum piece. I framed it for my study and it instantly became a conversation starter.

The illustration for the very first scene is so vivid it feels like the characters could step off the paper. The poster's large size really lets you appreciate every detail of the Dillons' stunning artwork. A perfect way to honor both Verdi's opera and Leontyne Price's retelling.

The Dillons' artwork is just as stunning in person as I remember from their other books, and the poster's 1990 vintage feel adds a nice touch of history. It arrived flat and in perfect condition, and the colors are rich enough that I'm already planning where to frame it in my hallway.
