愛麗絲夢遊仙境

The pink cloth binding with that creamy color pictorial label is so unusual and striking—it really stands out on the shelf. Kaneko’s illustrations inside are wonderfully surreal, a perfect match for the story. So glad I grabbed this Olivetti edition.

I’ve never seen an illustrated Alice like this—Kaneko’s surreal artwork pairs perfectly with the story. The pink cloth cover and white spine stamping give it a delicate, almost art-object feel. A real gem for collectors of unusual editions.

The pink cloth binding is even more vibrant in person, and the color pictorial label on the front makes it a real display piece. It took a while to find a copy from that original Olivetti print run, but this one arrived in pristine condition.
